Schedule Fitness Calendar:
The following dates are for the Mile High Boot Camp training location.
Women's Camp meets from 5:30am – 6:30am
5 days/week (with 3, 4 or 5-day/week option to train.)
We typically train 4-weeks ON, One-week OFF. ~ Recovery is IMPORTANT
to avoid injury.
We also offer Co-ed Classes at 9:00-10:00
a.m. as well as 5:30-6:30 p.m.
