I
really wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed your classes.
They were very motivating and so on target. Working out is such
a stress reliever for me and I was so refreshed and energized.

Back
in January I decided I was ready to get back in shape and wanted
to do something FOR ME. One of my friends had mentioned Boot Camp
and loved it and woke up every morning really early to do it. It
must have been a sign because I saw an add for "the camp"
and decided to check it out. Although at first, it seemed like a
lot of money and I wondered...why would I pay someone to do this
to me???
To motivate me, to want to look as good as she did, to have an outlet
with all of the work and personal things I was going through, and
every day I just kept rolling out of bed to do it. I woke up and
went diligently every morning, and in the end Kelli kept saying
"you get out of it what you put into it."
I did. I lost 15 pounds and gained 10 in muscle in one month. Life
changing...my cloths don't fit anymore and I need to buy a new swimsuit
which I haven't wanted to do in years.
I've tried Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, you name it, I've
tried it...Boot Camp and Kelli is something else!!!!!!! I hope that
for all of you in class it has also made you look at yourself in
the mirror for the first time in a long time and say, "wow!
look at that muscle, I didn't know that could exist!" And for
anyone that is just reading this without having been to a class,
you should so come!!!

I
have been taking the 5:30 am boot camp since April '07. I've done
every class since--it's ADDICTIVE!! I was a regular workout person
but bored with my routine and not really feeling anymore fit than
10 years ago. This class slimmed my core like nothing I've ever
done. I feel great! Kelli is a GREAT instructor -- the classes are
fun and the other women I've met are all so fun. We laugh, we sweat,
we moan, we nurse sore muscles, but we all LOVE it. I have recommened
it to so many people and frankly, I'm afraid to stop! When I'm on
the road for work or at the gym I incorporate some of the exercises
I've learned at boot camp -- people look at me funny then ask me
what I'm doing! I got my husband to take the evening kettle bell
class and he looks and feels great. It sounds scary at first but
believe me...you will LOVE this class! I know you won't regret it!

I've
been working my butt off at bootcamp for 2 months, and now I'm a
"bootcamp" junkie! I decided to "enlist" at
the end of October when my personal trainer and friend wasn't going
to be able to train for almost three weeks. I decided to do a 4
week, 3 day a week bootcamp because I'm so terrible at my cardio
on my own. I was unbelievably pleased, tired, sore and haven't felt
so great in a long time! "Bootcamp Kelli" is my instructor
and challenges us to push ourselves as hard as we dare. The bootcamp
philosophy is to workout outside whenever the weather is agreeable
and that's what I love the most! When the weather isn't so agreeable...Kelli
has an indoor space that allows us to workout "almost"
as well. In just 2 months, I've lost almost 10 lbs and dropped two
sizes! I've also achieved my greatest gain is strength and muscle
tone. I'm using "core muscles" and feel better and stronger
that I have in a long time. I'm probably going to quit my gym membership
after I've completed the "paid" personal training sessions
I have there, and just use Mile High Boot Camp for my regular Fitness
Program.
I
LOVE this program!- Kerry
Thank
you Kelli for making this a fantastic experience! This was my first
time working out in a formal setting (gym, etc.) in a long time,
and I have enjoyed it immensely. In the past I have mainly gotten
my exercise by running, mountain biking, crewing, kayaking, skiing,
etc.; however, in the last two years I have had two knee injuries
that left me thinking that maybe I need to start a conditioning
program to strengthen ALL of my muscles and not just some of the
muscles that I may use in a particular sport. Your class definitely
make me realize my strengths and weaknesses and where I need to
pay particular attention to - which was helpful. Thank you. I would
definitely love to take your class again.
Thanks
again- Adriane Besser
OK,
let's get this perfectly straight!!! I have "never" worked
harder for myself with someone than You Instructor Kelli)!! You
made this 47 yr. old push herself harder than anyone has in a long
time..my Personal Trainers in mind especially!! I love how you quietly
watch, look and listen and still try to keep us "Chatty Cathy's"
on task! You do a great job at challenging us without "yelling"
at us. I'm now down 6 lbs. and in size 10's! That's wonderful for
me!!!! And I've only been in camp 2 weeks!
See
you tomorrow - Kerry Hamilton
I
joined Mile High Boot Camp at the end of February of 2007. I knew
I needed to do something about my weight gain, fitness level and
overall mental well-being. I had no idea it would have such an impact
on my life. In 3 months (2-1/2 camps) I lost over 18 lbs. and 13
inches; as well as a whole new level of self-confidence. The workouts
were challenging, fun and addictive. Kelli’s upbeat attitude,
knowledge, and motivation were a big part of every class. I’m
definitely hooked and psyched to start each new camp! Thanks Kelli
and Mile High Boot Camp, for changing my body, mind, and life!
Sincerely,
Kimberly Bailey
Before I started the Mile High Boot Camp for Women, I was a serious
couch potato. My idea of exercise was walking to the kitchen and
back to the couch. I felt better after the first day of camp and
it just got better from there. I used to get winded just walking
up the stairs of my house. After three weeks of camp, my kids and
I went to lunch at a restaurant and had to climb a flight of stairs
to the patio. The best part of climbing those stairs was the fact
that my boys said "Mom, do you realize that you are not huffing
and puffing from climbing all of those stairs?" I was so excited
to realize that they were right. My husband has also noticed a change
in me. I had to run to the car and back with medicine for my son.
When I got back from the car, my husband stood there and just stared
and said to me "WOW! You aren't even breathing hard after that
run!" I owe so much to Kelli for helping me get a jump start
on my exercise program. I can't wait until the next boot camp! Thank
you so much Kelli!
Thanks

I
am a triathlete, and was somewhat skeptical when joining Mile High
Boot Camp. I wanted to make sure that this program would actually
be up to my level of training and still be able to train beginners
that had not exercised in 10 years or better. Kelli is very fit,
knowledgeable, and the workouts were NEVER boring. Everyday we got
all muscle groups with a completely different workout design. I
was sore but enjoyed every minute of it and every day Kelli amazingly
designed a workout that truly was appropriate for ALL fitness levels.
I even went down a whole pant size after the 4 week course and I
exercise and train regularly.
Thank
You Kelli, It truly was an amazing experience! - Cindy

Kelli,
I wanted to THANK YOU for the four weeks of inspiration! I had forgotten
just how important exercise is for my body and most important, my
mind! Your boot camp is so challenging, organized and fun... 3 things
that make you such an excellent role model. I look forward to another
four weeks of success and improvement!.
Thank
You! Thank You! Thank You! - Nicole
Kelli,
Just a quick note to say thanks for helping me train for my triathlon!
Compared to some days at boot camp it was a piece of cake! Thanks
for being so encouraging! See you next week!

I
can't thank you enough for jump-starting my fitness regimen again.
You got me back to match-ready with your upbeat energy and kind
personality & persistence. The workouts were hard for me, but
you inspired me to always persist and I feel GREAT as a result.
Many
Thanks Kelli,
Karla
I
was just telling my husband how much fun I have had in your camp.
He told me to go for it if I was having fun. I will definitely continue
in Sept. It is hard for me to pay for fitness when I'm a trainer
but I was in need of something and you were the answer, thank you.
