Program in Aurora, Centennial, and Denver, Colorado!
What is it?
A four-week comprehensive Fitness program,
nutritional coaching & motivational training provided
by Kelli Meier, your fitness coach. You will work with Kettlebells,
tires, medicine balls, rowing machines, all kinds of things
that are "HUMAN powered" for the BEST Fitness
you can achieve! We do not use traditional gym equipment,
we do not "isolate" one body part, this is a FUNCTIONAL
Fitness
Program
designed to give you the best real life fitness you can achieve
to live longer and healthier. This is all part of a program
originating out of Orange County, California affiliated with
John Spencer Ellis. This
is all part of the Largest Fitness Boot Camp in the World!
LOCATIONS
for the Women's Camps:
Less than 10 miles from DTC, CIA
Training Facility (an Indoor/Outdoor Fitness Facility)
is our class location in Centennial, Colorado. During
warmer months we have "SPECIAL
TRACK DAY WORKOUTS" on Thursday 5:30
a.m. mornings that will take place at Falcon
Creek Middle School in Aurora, Colorado. We also
offer many other class times if early morning does not work

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will
be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable
of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women
of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each
day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire
and be inspired by others.
What
types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training,
kettlebell training, crossfit training, short distance running
(less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit
training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, Pilates mat
exercises, surprises and more!
Camps are held outdoors weather permitting. An indoor location
will be used for excessive cold or snowy days. Directions
will be given at your first assessment. On select days, campers
may travel a short distance away from the "base camp"
a fun Track Day workout. You will receive your schedule prior
to camp.
How often will we meet?
For the Best Results,
we meet every Monday - Friday,
for one hour during the four-week program.
Or you may chose the 3-day program for beginners.

What do I need to bring?
When meeting at our training facility, you only need water
bottle, running shoes, a sense of adventure and maybe a towel.
Track Days, you will also need an exercise mat, hand weights
(7-15 lbs.). You can purchase hand weights at any Target or
Sporting Goods Store, and running shoes at the Runners
Roost.
What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain
more confidence and self-esteem! You'll want to tell your
co-workers, friends and family how AMAZING you feel and what
you did each day!
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement
in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll
meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring
a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your
training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone
else!
What
is the cost/investment in myself?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299
for 20 hours of instruction! That's
just $14.95 per hour. Where
else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction
for that incredible price?
Other Options:
You can also choose to come three
days per weeks for a discount of $100 = Just $199.
Note: Even greater results occur
when you enroll in the full 5 day per week program. We know
this from years of experience! By Popular Demand we now offer
MEMBERSHIPS as well for 3,6, and 12 Months at a time. Membership
enrollment offers your BEST DEAL for your commitment!
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next
camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your
coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration
information you will be sent your orientation packet and contacted
about your evaluation.
